Mayor Bloomberg Press Conference

July 6, 2004 -- In an effort to promote better vision for New York City children, Dr. Wisnicki helped to launch a vision screening program for third graders. Press conference includes appearances by Mayor Bloomberg, Schools Chancellor Joel Klein, Health Commisioner Thomas Frieden and Dr. Wisnicki.
