Beth Israel Medical Center Beth Israel has served the New York community for more than 100 years, providing a full range of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services. Beth Israel has grown significantly both in size and scope of services and today, individuals can receive diagnostic and treatment services throughout the metropolitan area. Beth Israel recently has united with St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center and Long Island College Hospital under our parent company, Continuum Health Partners, Inc. Together, these institutions offer outstanding clinical resources and strong service traditions. Beth Israel is one of New York's premier teaching hospitals, serving as University Hospital and Manhattan Campus for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Patient/Guest Information Services An information desk is located on the main lobby and lower lobby levels to assist you with directions and provide information. If you need any assistance while visiting the center, our staff members are dressed in maroon vests. Public Telephones Public telephones are located in the lower lobby, main lobby, second, third, fourth and fifth floors. Food Services The Union Square area offers a variety of restaurants and fast food eateries for patients. There is also an Au Bon Pain conveniently located in the lobby of the center. Rest Rooms Public restrooms are located on the lower level, second, third, fourth and fifth floors for patients. Please follow the signage at the elevator banks for location. Patient restrooms are also located in each suite. Parking Information Parking on the street in the Union Square area is limited. There is parking available in the Zeckendorf Towers (entrance on 15th Street between Irving Place and Park Avenue South) and 110 East 16th Street Associates (entrance on 16th Street between Irving Place and Park Avenue South). No Smoking, Please No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere in the facility. Thank you for your cooperation. Public Transportation information By Subway: L, N, R, 4, 5, 6 Trains By Bus: 14th Street and Park Avenue Buses. Shuttle Service A shuttle bus goes back and forth between Beth Israel Medical Center Petrie Division and
the Phillips Ambulatory Care Center from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. A schedule is available at the information desk. Shuttle bus pickup & drop off locations:
